Mark was so easy going and professional! This is not an easy craft, but this man certainly knows exactly what he is doing. I was honestly in awe at his abilities and understanding of these instruments. I hadn’t realized what the components consisted of, and how many there were in an upright piano. Talk about a large design in a small footprint, and Mark knows everything about it!! Tuned to perfection, and my child loved that middle C was now in tune!
